Round Sky Solutions is committed to a research based approach to our work and its evolution over time.
In other words, we want to know both subjectively and objectively how the work that we offer our clients is changing them. To that end, each client that we contract with for our longer trainings is invited to participate in this ongoing body of research. This involves participating in intake and exit surveys which measures changes in 10 subjective categories (Overall Job, Overall Organization, Management, Compensation, Physical, Tasks/ Workload, Recognition, Communication/Interpersonal, Systems, and Outputs/ Performance) and takes snapshots of external metrics such as profit and loss, net worth, number of customer complaints, and average pay. Scores at intake and exit are then analyzed to assess change in the organization as a result of Round Sky Solutions’ work.
The case studies you can access below document the process and the outcomes of a variety of our offerings with organizations in different industries.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions about our research.
