MetaIntegral Foundation hosts the third biennial Integral Theory Conference, the world’s largest academic conference devoted to the field of Integral Theory and practice. This international conference features some of the world’s most astute thought leaders and world changers and we are delighted and honored to be presenting our ground breaking thought work and research in the fields of power, organizational health and individual growth.

Please join us for a paper presentation, “Generative power in organization: building an evolutionary driver”, presented by Cecile Green.

Abstract: A complex, multifaceted and hotly debated construct, power influences every relationship and every context in our lives. As humans, we have struggled deeply with this facet of our existence and when events in our world reach crescendos of chaos and limited resource, the application of power has a nasty track record. In the process of constructing a practice for generative power that converts toxic human interactions into healthy, ethical action, this article integrates the work of Integral, organizational, and communication and developmental theorists, expanding the metastudy of power in organization to include several new frameworks for understanding generative power, its application, and its contexts.

and a poster presentation “Quadrant-Based Core Life Practice Framework”, presented by Daniel Little.

Abstract: This poster presentation traces the development and initial results of an AQAL-based framework for personal and interpersonal inquiry. In this framework individuals are presented a series of Quadrant-based questions to guide them in identifying an area for personal growth in their lives, designing a practice with which to explore this area, and then iteratively assessing their practice and its efficacy as they gather data through daily experimentation.
