Join us for this experiential workshop that introduces through simulation and exercises concrete team and individual practices which when used by a team consistently unleash the power of collaboration, enabling us to deliver more creative, effective and fulfilling work in greater alignment with our values. During this workshop you’ll learn a new framework for unleashing your team’s creative force, getting more done with less resources, getting right to the point of intractable troubles and making use of them, and generating accountability and engagement easily.
