manyhands_med

A core tenant of a democratic workplace is collaborative decision making and collective action as a way of getting things done. However, sometimes it’s harder than it first appears!

If you’ve ever wondered what to do about too many perspectives, challenging personalities or unruly meetings where it’s all talk and no clear action, join us for a one-hour webinar where USFWC-member Round Sky Solutions will present a framework for organizing that effectively and efficiently integrates the relevant perspectives at the right moment with crystal clear collaborative follow through.

You’ll have a chance to share some of your stickiest challenges, and get input from your fellow coop workers on their best practices, as well as some concrete suggestions for tools and processes you can put into place for your coop.
