Leading and managing requires the capacity to obtain engagement and accountability, effectively resolve personality difficulties between staff, deliver high performing results without getting too much bottle necked work, and at the same time avoid alienating staff to keep rehire costs down. In this half day experiential workshop, managers and leaders will be introduced through instruction, discussion, and simulation to a set of meeting practices, information flows,tracking systems and decision-making processes which when practiced by a team enable a leader or manager to: consistently turn difficult personality issues into productive solutions for the team get right to the point of intractable troubles and make use of them generate accountability and engagement easily.
