Collaborative leadership and management skills are essential to navigating today’s workplaces, but it can be a hard to know how to embody these ambitious goals at first. We want to make your work more efficient through our Customized Training and Coaching programs to develop and deepen your capacity for collaborative leadership.
We know it may not be in your budget to finance the personal and professional growth you want to see in your life and work. That’s why we have partnered with the VSAC (Vermont Student Assistance Corp) Grants program to support you as a leader to leverage and strengthen your knowledge and skills to build capacity and effectiveness in your collaborative teams.
If you are a Vermont resident, you may be eligible to receive this Non-Degree Grant to improve your “employability or to gain job skills” through our Customized Training and Coaching Programs.
- Must have been a Vermont resident for 1 year
- Must have been independent from parents for 2-3 years
- Grants are based on income if you are making less than $20,000 per year you are likely to be qualified for a full grant. Partial Grants may also be awarded for larger incomes.
- Your Student loans if any must not be in default
- You may not be receiving a VSAC part time student grant or incentive grant

Awesome! The first step is to sign up for a free 30 minute conversation here to have a conversation about your leadership growth and to make sure that this is a good fit. And THEN, we will send you instructions to apply for the VSAC’s Grant and the application only takes about 25 minutes to complete.
Each year VSAC’s funding is distributed to eligible Vermonters on a first come first serve basis for as long as the funds last. The applications are available in June for the upcoming school year (which means right now!). Be sure to apply as soon as possible to get in line for funding. VSAC takes about 2 weeks to process the application.
