Collaborative Leadership Certification Program

Level I

Mission-Driven Leaders! We designed the Collaborative Leadership Certification Program (CLCP) trainings for you.

If you value collective decision-making, strive to align your teams on relevant strategic initiatives (set by the team), and understand that your team’s potential success lies in the use of shared leadership but you need an effective structure, this course is for you! You will receive a plethora of essential tools to implement shared/participatory leadership and management practices within your team starting now!

We’ve spent years researching the problems and potentials associated with organizational communication and collaborative leadership. We used what we learned to develop a set of shared leadership practices that we call Collab™.

In our trainings, you’ll learn to use Collab™ to bring flow, harmony, ease, and continual improvement to your organization.
Collab™ will also help you expand your collaborative leadership capacity through communication and business skills, personal development, and conflict management.

Our rigorous and inspiring certification process is intended to get you fully trained and licensed to use CollabTM as a facilitator and leader in your organization or as an independent consultant and implementer. Certification begins with the Collab™ 101 and proceeds through three certification levels.

On this page you’ll find on how to become a certified Level I Facilitator!!

But this isn’t just about the tools. To be a strong collaborative leader, you must have a deep understanding of how to meet people where they are and bring your team together. You must practice presence and active listening, develop your problem solving skills, and understand that when one member of the team has a problem, the team has a problem.

Invest in your Collaborative Leadership

To enroll in Level I, you first must complete Collab™ 101, an online course presenting the Essentials of Shared Leadership.
