“I have been indelibly impressed by the utility of Collab and your expertise in applying it since the second meeting that you facilitated for us. You may recall that you came to that meeting prepared to facilitate a particular agenda that you had been provided prior to the meeting. You immediately discovered that the expectations of and needs identified by the majority of the group differed markedly from those implied in the advanced agenda. You abandoned your prepared plans for the meeting and seamlessly transitioned to the extemporaneous and productive facilitation of that gathering. With your guidance you turned what could have been, at best, a jumbled waste of time or, perhaps worse, a clash of perspectives into a constructive reorientation of the focus of the group.
