Let’s Get Personal

Let’s face it, working on oneself is a constant process. No matter what your capacity or methodology for doing so is, stopping and taking the time to observe where you are at can be an incredibly helpful tool for yourself, and for moving through the groups and organizations you are a part of. At Round Sky, our personal development practices are at the core of our work and come into play throughout all that we do.

  • Take 30 minutes to make a visual depiction of these ideas
    • On a piece of paper, draw visual representations of your strengths, weaknesses, and desires for growth
