Jessica Churchill (she/her)

Co-manager of Railyard Apothecary (a worker owned co-op)
Certified in Level I, Cooperative Leadership Certification Program (2020)

“One of the big pitfalls in collaboration that our team experienced was getting stuck in conversation circles without outcomes and next actions. Collab allows for each person to express themselves, but also provides structure and clear direction to not get stuck in the “talking out ideas and feelings”.”

– Jessica Churchill on the Cooperative Leadership Certification Program (CLCP)

Collab has transformed my understanding of collective governance and clarify the place of autonomy within the collective for maximum growth and development to both. Cecile is thoughtful and articulate in communicating and training others to use this system.”
