Hilda Gehrke is a Social Leadership and Personal Development Coach, Facilitator, Trainer, and Interpreter who migrated from Mexico in 1996. She has been an interpreter for more than 9 year in different settings. Hilda graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Regis University and completed her training as an Ontological Coach from Newfield Network, INC; she obtained her certification as a Certified Newfield Coach (NCC) and has more than 200 hours of experience as a group and personal coach. Hilda obtained her certification as Social and Emotional Intelligence from ISEIÒ. She is a current member of the International Coaching Federation Colorado Chapter (ICF).

Hilda has facilitated multiple coaching sessions for organizations like, The Aurora Community Campus and Latinos Age Wave Colorado. Hilda is an accredited Family Leadership Training Institute Facilitator (FLTI) and is one of the facilitators for Jeffco cohort. Hilda has received training as Cooperative Developer from the Community Wealth. Hilda’s facilitation style combines her personal experiences with her professional experiences as a manager, leader, interpreter and uses her skills as a coach to make her trainings highly interactive and introspective.
