Maia Castonguay is a Rising Owner, among many other things, at a worker owned co-op in Montpelier, Vermont called Rabble-Rouser Chocolate and Craft Co. She has decided to take the CLCP 1 class after much interest and elections to two facilitation roles within her organization. She hopes to gain skills from this course to help fuel collaborative progress within her organization.

“Collab has made our meetings more streamlined, as most of our team facilitators were my coursemates and now know how to really run our meetings smoothly. We now have the skills to bring tensions along for our tension holder* efficiently so that we can get through more in our meetings. I have also begun to use Ops Trackers in the organization which I really think are going to help a lot in the long term as I continue to spread them in to different teams.”
