“Collab has made our meetings more streamlined, as most of our team facilitators were my coursemates and now know how to really run our meetings smoothly. We now have the skills to bring tensions along for our tension holder* efficiently so that we can get through more in our meetings. I have also begun to use Ops Trackers in the organization which I really think are going to help a lot in the long term as I continue to spread them in to different teams.”
