“Collab has given me more confidence in what has historically been a more intuitive understanding of the way that tensions and cultural paradigms can disrupt what could otherwise be a healthy system.
I better understand specific ways to appropriately surface tensions and move through them as well as how to create clarity, transparency and trust within a team. I’m excited to see what else manifests as I continue to absorb and digest the material!”
